Return of Hand Picked Titles

Once before the current templating scheme I had a list of hand picked titls from amazon. These were in text graphic ads that fit the era or one of the subjects of the time they were in. I had about 40 titles ranging from one end to the other. Some were books my wife or I read.

When these items appear there will be no other amazon graphic ads in the side menu area.

New News Feature

I've decided to be a little more proactive in the dynamic parts of this site, namely this news. I've installed a newsreader which I will be able to publish the feeds for the timeline blog on other parts of the site in an easy mnanner. I plan on visiting and hunting out history feeds, and forums. I hope that this will promote these forums and help the visitors here find more information. I will also be listing thses forums and feeds in resgestae as I find them. the link to that category is in the news menu.

The feeds shown on the site will update every 2 hours.

Regestae has gotten a flood of submissions from an automatic submission service, none of the sites submitted from them match up with the topic we cover and I spent some little time deleting these 40 submission.

Trvia Din

I received an email that says the Trivia game we have here was miscounting correct results. I tried it a couple times and it seems to be working for me.

I haven't purged the list of scores and winners for a long time. So long, in fact, that I forget exactly what I need to do to get that done. I'm hoping that will take care of the problem.

It is difficult to fix things when I can't duplicate them here. I like the trivia program very much and look forward to some day doing more serious updates to the quizes. Any suggestions for questions or themes would be appreciated.
